The installation crew was polite, protected the work areas, and went in the room order of installation i wanted, so as to avoid using one of the rooms where a family member needed to sleep in. They consulted me on changing the placement of external openings that in the original plan would have had long hours of shadows. They added some ninety degree angles to pipes. Every change was made with my approval. I'm thrilled with the results--it brightened the rooms exactly as I hoped. The company was professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!
