Aaron and the other tech did a great job installing our 5 Solatubes. They worked efficiently and professionally, carefully checking for proper clearance before making any cuts. As it turned out, we did have to change the location of one tube due to lack of clearance, but not a problem due to the pre-checking. After installation, we have so much more light. And the guys neatly cleaned up, and also disposed of an unwanted ceiling fan that was replaced by a tube. We're very happy with our Solatube experience!!

From start to finish outstanding service! Marco came out and explained the process very clearly. He answered all our questions and was available for any further questions we had. On the day of installation Julio was on time and so professional. He explained everything he was going to do and asked if we had questions. He left everything as clean as he found it. I’m very impressed by his ability and work ethic. I give this company 5 stars without any reservations.

The whole process with Solatube was amazing! Randy, the salesperson, was friendly, on-time, and gave me all the information I needed in a kind and non-pushy manner. I was able to schedule an installation within a couple days and Aaron, the technician, was prompt, capable, and installed the products quickly and left my home nice and clean. I would recommend this company and their products and professionals to anyone interested in solar tubes. My house is so much brighter now and I'm super happy with the service I received! 5 stars for sure!

Antonio and Adrian did a fantastic job with our installation. We had our kitchen done our family room, our hallway and our bathroom. They were professional on time. Courteous, clean and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond and even changed out extra light bulbs for me. They took their time to educate me on how to change out my own light bulbs later on in the event that I needed to. Highly recommend this company, thank you for helping us upgrade our home. Photos attached are natural light no light switch on. Also to mention it's an overcast morning and we still have plenty of light

Randy, Karen, and the customer service team were amazing! They gave us everything we needed to submit our proposal to our HOA for approval. Installation took longer than expected, not due to anything on their end (red tape and politics with our HOA). Their team was super flexible and kept in contact with us throughout the process on our timeline. When the day finally came, Antonio complete our install. He was awesome and very efficient. He walked me through the entire process and double checked placement. We love our new Solatube. The natural light in our dark kitchen is a game changer and the night light is pretty cool too! Would love to hire them again and wish they did new skylights and not just replacements! 😀

The install guys were young, yet professional & quick & tidy! I was working in my room & they were never noisy.
The solar tubes were something I wanted for a few years - however I now wish I had installed them sooner!! The impact is so much more than I imagined.
The tubes have brightened up the house so much more than I could have imagined. This also brightened my mood.

The entire solatube process was great. From Randy, who came out to do the survey and the quote, to Silas, who completed the installation faster than expected. He took lots of photos during the process and showed me his work when he was completed… Very clean and professional! the light in these areas really adds a lot of Ambience and functionality to my home, and I'm very happy! So happy that I had another solatube installed by Antonio at another property. Also pleased to say that when there was an issue, Solatube was very fast to come out and take care of it. I am a fan!

The technician, Silas was very friendly, detailed, and professional. The result of the Solar Tube installation made a big difference. But we were little disappointed because we were not able to install it where we really wanted in the kitchen due to some obstacle conditions in the attics. We could have been pre-informed by the sales technician about the existing limitation, which could helped us make an informed decision.

We had a 14 in.² Solatube installed a week ago. It has added a tremendous amount of light to the area and we are very pleased. The installer Antonio was wonderful, efficient and friendly. We were so happy with the results that we added two more a few days ago. Again Antonio and his assistant were great.

Highly recommend Solatube! They installed solar tubes in my home last week. I had dark areas in my bathrooms, hallway, and living room, and wanted more light. I found Solatube on Yelp, and they quickly sent someone for an estimate. They explained options for sizes, shapes, dimmers, and adding an additional light to some of them. They also explained some options that had tax rebates. Scheduling was flexible, and they accommodated my request for a late start on the day of installation.
The installation crew was polite, protected the work areas, and went in the room order of installation i wanted, so as to avoid using one of the rooms where a family member needed to sleep in. They consulted me on changing the placement of external openings that in the original plan would have had long hours of shadows. They added some ninety degree angles to pipes. Every change was made with my approval. I'm thrilled with the results--it brightened the rooms exactly as I hoped. The company was professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Denny, was very professional and efficient. He showed up on time. Explained how he would proceed with the install. Took plenty of pictures and cleaned up all the mess created with install. He was efficient that we didn't even notice him running back and forth between the roof ceiling and the house. We are very satisfied with the final result.

Silas the Solutube technician arrived as scheduled. I discussed some concerns on the placement of the garage exhaust fan and roof O'hagen vents. The best placement was on the single garage ceiling due to limited attic access on double garage side. He was able to plug the fan to a 20 amp outlet about 20 feet away. It took about 3 hours with a helper. Job well done.

Solatube Home just installed an attic fan and beautiful pull down ladder for our attic. Nick was our home expert consultant and Orion was our certified professional installer. Both gentleman were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. In the process we made a few adjustments and Orion went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with the final product.
