My wife and I could not be a happier customers. Everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable and professional. Tim answered our inquiry promptly, answered our questions, and made an appointment for us. They inspected our attic to ensure it would accommodate the tubular skylight. Afterwards, we decided to add a second tubular skylight and they accommodated our addition without our having to make another appointment. Our installer, Daniel, was polite and professional. We are very happy he recommended a location for the second skylight that was much better than the location we had chosen. Daniel was careful to contain the debris and dust, and he cleaned up afterwards. The product is phenomenal and the installation professional. We had a kitchen and back hallway that were dark and now they have sunlight during the day and provide a well-needed nightlight. This home improvement is well worth what we paid for the excellent product and installation.

Good product with the noble purpose of saving energy. Lead technician Peter and other technicians Daniel and Don were timely, professional and kept the work area clean during the multi-day job. Product pricing is transparent, the installation contract and resulting warranties for product and workmanship are also transparent and simple for any homeowner to comprehend.

The photo accompanying this review is one of many installed. It's a tear drop frame. Solatube's website gives far better pictures with broader visual perspectives.

I appreciate how careful he measured everything and I felt like he put in a lot of care and attention with the installation because the installation look very clean, neat and professional.
